Our name, Patatina, is an affectionate Italian term meaning "little potato" — a playful, endearing way Italians express warmth and fondness. It's the perfect name for gnocchi that's made with care, comfort, and a whole lot of heart.
As someone who follows a gluten-free lifestyle and prioritizes health-conscious choices, I created Patatina because I believe everyone deserves pillowy, delicious gnocchi without compromise. Our gnocchi is crafted with fewer than six premium gluten-free ingredients. It contains no eggs, making it accessible to those with dietary restrictions while never sacrificing the authentic taste and texture that makes gnocchi so beloved.
Every batch of Patatina gnocchi is hand-rolled in Carbondale, CO, with the same attention to quality and flavor that you'd find in a traditional Italian kitchen — just reimagined for the way we eat today.
